VISIT TO HO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL DIABETES CLINIC

As part of the WDD/NDW 2016 celebrations, the KFCD visited the Ho Municipal Hospital, in the Volta Region, on 19^th November, 2016 as one of its activities. This particular programme was done in collaboration with the Ho Sentinel LIONS Club. Dr. Philip Nyinaku gave a presentation on Type 1 Diabetes to a mixed group of Type 1 and Type 2 patients.  There was a lively interaction after the programme as participants asked many questions. KFCD donated a box of insulin to all participants who suffered from the condition.
